1. Ownership
Before proceeding with an order, you will be required to show that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your future reference.
This website is the property of Ribbon Rouge Boutique trading as Scarlett Ribbon Limited, Registered company number 433019. All material on this website is copyright to Ribbon Rouge, and is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.

2. Products and Pricing 
We take every care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at the time of uploading products to the website.  We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification.
Our products are priced in Euro. When paying by credit card this is the amount which will be deducted from your debit or credit card.  When purchasing products with sterling or other currencies, debit or credit cards, the exchange rates will be set by the cardholdersbank.  These rates fluctuate on a daily basis, for further information, cardholder should contact their bank as exchange rates are not applied by Ribbon Rouge.  All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.

3. Ordering Goods 
When an order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming we have received your order and it is being processed.  You will receive a second email from us acknowledging your order has been dispatched with a tracking number where applicable.
All products are subject to availability.  Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those goods to you. An offer is made when you place the order for your products.
If products that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process any remaining products on your order. We will not supply a replacement product without your authorisation.  If you would like to cancel your order please see returns section of our policy.


4. Delivery 
All Postage details relate to items for sale on
Standard Delivery
Domestic and UK Shipping
We charge €5.00 postage for purchases. We aim to deliver to Ireland and NI within 2 days and UK orders taking up to 7 working days. 
We use Fastway registered postal service for domestic deliveries and our nominated courier all UK deliveries.  
Europe & Rest of World
We charge €14 for all purchases dispatched to European and Rest of the World. Delivery can take up to 10 days to European countries and 20 days for Rest of World.  



What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed we will send you an email to confirm all your details are correct. Once we have dispatched your item(s), you will receive a second email from us noting your delivery information and tracking number where applicable.
We use reliable postal services however we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the parcels within the estimated timescales.


 5. Returns Policy
The Returns and Exchange Policy described below only applies only to online purchases made through our website.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are happy to offer a refund if the item is unsuitable within 7 days of receipt.  The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used or worn.  All dispatched orders will include a written confirmation outlining your purchase details, our contact details and return address. Please insert the original confirmation document in the returned parcel, without this we may not be able to track your details.
Following inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge.
You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer. If you have not received this money into your account after 10 working days you should contact us on 
We are happy to exchange a product for the same product but in a different size, if available pending the product being returned is new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging.  If a different product is requested then a new order must be completed on the website by the user.
